TIBCS Breeder of Distinction Program

List of current TIBCS Breeders of Distinction

BODThe Breeder of Distinction (BOD) program is a STRICTLY VOLUNTARY program for TIBCS Breeder Members. The BOD program is designed to set high standards for those breeders who are willing to (or who already are) practicing outstanding breeding practices and who wish to have outside verification on their catteries. The purpose behind TIBCS is to help make all of their members better breeders with healthy, happy cats. We believe this program will help standardize this.

TIBCS Breeder of Distinction requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Be a TICA Outstanding Cattery or it's equivalent for breeders outside of North America.
  • Use contracts for all cat/kitten sales.
  • Pass an open book exam.
  • Sign and adhere to the TIBCS Code of Ethics.
  • Produce at least three litters of registered Bengals.
